Return & Refund
You must be 100% happy with your order, so we accept returns, with the exception of jewellery, sale/discounted items and bespoke and international orders.
If refundable items are returned by 14 days of receipt of delivery, we will refund the full price (excluding postage cost), provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition.

Please note that the cost of the return is the customer's responsibility, and you must obtain proof of postage for it as well as taking care of adequate packaging to protect the item during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The refund will be processed (excluding the delivery cost) after checking the item, by 7 days of receipt.
You can also exchange your item, if alternative option is available in stock. We will deliver the new one once the original order is back to us. Postage costs have to be paid by the customer, unless there has been an error on our side or the item received is faulty.
If you change your mind and want to cancel an order, please do it as soon as you can. If we haven't dispatched it yet,we will issue a full refund including delivery costs. If the item is already in transit, then please follow the return procedure.
